Keep track of your medical records in our Patient Portal!
Our Electronic Medical Records system has a patient portal that allows patients to access blood work results, pathology reports, past visit notes and Telehealth appointments. In order to establish patient portal access, we will need an email address. Next time you make an appointment, ask about getting patient portal access to keep track of your medical records.
You can also access the patient portal through the PocketPatient™ mobile application. You will need our Practice URL when logging in, and your Patient Portal log-in information.
